Worldwide Express, Ward Trucking Set Partnership for Eastern LTL Shipments

Package carrier Worldwide Express said Thursday that less-than-truckload carrier Ward Trucking will provide Worldwide’s customers with LTL service throughout the eastern United States.

Ward Trucking, Altoona, Pa., has service centers in Illinois, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

The agreement “will help continue to provide our East Coast customers with high-quality and efficient service,” said David Kiger, Worldwide Express’ founder and CEO.

Dallas-based Worldwide Express said it has partnership agreements with Ward Trucking and more than 45 other carriers across the United States.
