Printing and mailing company R.R. Donnelley & Sons said it has acquired Express Postal Options International. Terms were not disclosed.
Express Postal provides mailing services for pharmaceutical, financial, information technology, catalog and direct-mail businesses.
The addition of Express Postal expands R.R. Donnelley’s logistics capabilities, R. R. Donnelley President Thomas Quinlan said in a statement.
