Gas Price Dips to $2.64 a Gallon
Gasoline’s national average price fell 1.24 cents in the past two weeks to $2.64 a gallon, according to the latest Lundberg Survey of fuel prices.
Mid-grade averaged $2.77 and while premium averaged $2.88, both down a penny from two weeks ago, analyst Trilby Lundberg said in her twice-monthly survey of filling stations released Sunday.
The lowest price was in Cheyenne, Wyo., at $2.38 a gallon. Anchorage, Alaska, had the highest at $3.28.
The Department of Energy will release its weekly national averages of diesel and gasoline Monday afternoon in Washington.
