IdleAire Gets $25 Million Credit Line
IdleAire, the Knoxville, Tenn., provider of truck-stop anti-idling technology, said it has acquired new funding.
In a recent 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, IdleAire said it had secured a new $25 million revolving credit facility.
The filing did not identify the lenders, but the company noted that Wells Fargo Bank is acting as the administrative and collateral agent for the agreement.
