ATA Chooses 13 Top Drivers To Join America’s Road Team

img src="/sites/default/files/images/articles/roadteamlogo.gif" align=right width=70>American Trucking Associations selected 13 drivers to represent the industry as safety ambassadors and role models on the 2003 America's Road Team.

ATA President Bill Graves introduced the new Road Team captains April 9 as the “best of the best,” with combined experience of 20 million accident-free miles and 288 years of driving time.

“They will represent the industry and put a human face on what we do,” Graves told ATA staff from the association’s Alexandria, Va., headquarters.
