Accuride’s 3Q Income Rises Over Pro-Forma ’04 Level

ommercial vehicle component maker Accuride Corp. on Tuesday reported third-quarter earnings of $19.1 million or 55 cents a share, compared with $7.1 million or 46 cents a year earlier on a pro-forma basis.

Accuride went public on April 26 and posted its first quarterly earnings as a publicly traded company in mid-May. (Click here for previous coverage.)

Net sales rose to $316.1 million from $123.5 million for the same quarter last year on a pro-forma basis, the company said in a statement.
