Transport Topics Advertising Information

For over 60 years, Transport Topics' seasoned reporters have presented timely and informative perspectives on the issues driving the trucking industry. Our readers, over 120,000 weekly, include owners, presidents, general managers, operations managers and fleet maintenance managers at for-hire and private carriers. They depend on Transport Topics, "the national newspaper of the trucking industry," for the most authoritative and timely news regarding Class 8 trucking.

Consider these statistics:

52% of the 100,000 fleet executives reading Transport Topics each week determine their fleet's acquisition of logistics and leasing services, controlling an average of $1.7 million each.

83% of our readers have purchasing authority for tractors and trailers, with an average expenditure in excess of $2.3 million.

98% of those surveyed selected Transport Topics when asked which of the 6 industry publications they would select to gain the best perspective on the trucking industry. 71% also selected the Wall Street Journal as a second title.

" 97% of Transport Topics subscribers read the paper the same week they receive it. 55% read it the same day it arrives. Two-thirds of those readers report reading every issue of Transport Topics cover to cover.

40% of TT's subscribers have been reading TT for over 10 years or more! 23% operate fleets of 201+ vehicles; 28% operate a fleet of between 28-200 vehicles.

If this is the audience you want to reach, contact your regional sales representative or Suzanne Hess at 703-838-1746 for more information.
